This some interesting science behind it. To think that acoustic guitars have been engineered fairly the same/consistently over the course of generations and what your company and product is presenting is greater efficiency in the production of the sound emanating from the instrument. I have tried it in four different guitars. I think the most impressive part is how it accentuates the low bass notes 80 Hz and below, and takes away that annoying mud between 120 Hz and 220. Because of this, you can record with the guitar mic much closer to the sound hole and get less vocal bleed.
